Design for Wonderwater at Tian Hai pop-up event in collaboration with Iina-Karoliina Välilä and Studio Emmi (London). The event took place in a traditional Chinese restaurant Tian Hai in Dashilar, Beijing, during the Beijing Design Week 2011. It raised awareness of water footprint and the impact of what we eat. It was one of the World Design Capital Helsinki 2012 satellite projects made in a collaboration with Aalto University and was curated by Kari Korkman and Jane Withers.

Tian Hai’s menu was redesigned for the event to show customers how much water goes into producing the ingredients of their dishes.
